Relationship politics is the source of Candidate Distraction

Today, it is very difficult to find a successful job and many candidates are looking for government jobs. This blog focuses on the reasons why applicants are rejected by government organisations. What are the challenges to passing the competitive examinations? A candidate efforts day and night trying to break the exams and make a daily workout plan but still, they are not able to crack the exams.  There is a lot of pressure surrounding what the right choice for you (field/area) is. Always the question arises what is the capability? possibilities? Because of these load will distract you minds efficiency. One of the scientific papers says that only 20% of energy consumes to work a human mind. People know all this, still, they are working hard, giving maximum to maximum effort to complete the target. May, this Is also the reason that the mind works in the position of distraction. 

What may be the reason? 

Human relationship: It must be the reason because the attraction toward men or women physically or mentally can reduce professional behaviour, the mind is also distracted because of a lot of attraction.  Like, magnetism theory was given by Weber scientist. Two magnets are attractive when the direction of the poles is opposite but if the poles are in the same direction, in this case, magnets repelled each other. Mostly, candidates misuse their time in unnecessary ways. The focus is required to begin anything. 

Background: Many candidates are directed because of family issues, and the perspective of their relation. They have a lot of pressure to follow the Home rules which are made by elders. This is the problem in Indian human psychology. Because of this, they have been distracted from goals, interests and life achievements. Some candidates can able to handle all cases but some are unable to do that and they are distracted. In this case, the candidate should have to make the skills to communicate with them and convenience them. Better communication is useful to stop distractions.  

Greed: This is the important one in the distraction case. I hope you are all aware of the DOHA written by Kabhrdas.

Kabir Das Ji says that the fly is first wrapped with jaggery. She sticks all her wings and mouth to jaggery, but when she tries to fly, the fly is worried that she can't fly. In the same way, a human being is also wrapped up in worldly pleasures and regrets at the end of time. 

Stubborn Engineer suggested that Don't be greedy & do manage your time based on your requirement. 

Leave the Comfort Zone: The competitive exams like SSC, Railways, UGC-NET, GATE, PSUs, Patwari, Bank PO, RRB - IBPS, NEET, JEE - Main - advance, and others. These exams really need dedication. The Comfort zone distracted the preparation and the candidate's mind suggested alternate options. For example, A student who started preparing for RRB or PSUs, consumes all facilities to relieve most of the time he spends on mobile phones and other gadgets, AC is continuously working, and he has a lot of pocket money given by his parents without any limitations. In this case, the limitation should be important to push him/her on the right track. The candidate should also ensure that to retreats from some unnecessary, unuseful things until the target is not achieved.

This is my personal suggestion. I worked hard to complete my Research in Chemical Engineering background. Without any facilities or support, the work has been completed now.

Don't try to compare with someone: This is the biggest mistake done by the candidate to make a comparison with someone who is regular studying/working in the same field. The reason is so simple, compassion strategies make a lot of distractions in life. It may be in relationships or support. Due to the comparison, competition also rises and one day regrets action. 

Personality Development: It is to change personality in a way that makes them more appealing to everyone in every aspect. It covers body language, manners, communication and many more.
